The 51st ROSE Festival 2023 organised by Department of Tourism

The 51st ROSE Festival 2023 organised by Department of Tourism, Chandigarh in collaboration with Chandigarh Adminstration was inaugurated by Hon'ble Governor of Punjab & Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh, Sh. Banwarilil Purohit on 17th February 2023 in Open Ground, Sector 10, Chandigarh. The Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Chandigarh, Smt. Kirron Kher also graced the occasion. The Chief Guest interacted with school children who presented him with Rose flowers befitting the occasion. The Chief Guest also visited the exhibition stalls and the opened the festival to the public.
